 September 8: IRCTC of Indian Railways has come up with a very attractive tour package ‘IRCTC Rampath Yatra’ for the pilgrims during the festive season. In addition to travel, this package covers the entire cost of food, accommodation and local transport. There are two types of plans according to the facilities in the package and passengers can book for one of them as per their convenience. This yatra will start from November 27 next month and will continue till December 4. This package has been specially designed keeping in mind the pilgrimage sites associated with Lord Rama.

To which pilgrimage places will the Rampath Yatra go?

IRCTC Rampath Yatra Package is providing special opportunity of pilgrimage during the festive season. All travel expenses are included in this travel package.

This journey will be of 8 days and 7 nights, in which all facilities will be provided to the passengers. As it is clear from the name of Rampath Yatra, this railway journey will make you visit the pilgrimage sites which are associated with Lord Shri Ram.

This train will take you to Ayodhya, Nandigram, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Shringverpur and Chitrakoot.

hat will be the darshan in Rampath Yatra?

On reaching Ayodhya, pilgrims will be able to visit various temples there. He will also visit Nandigram where he will be able to attend the holy Saryu river aarti in the evening. In Varanasi, he will get an opportunity to visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple

Apart from this, they will also be able to enjoy the wonderful view of Ganga Aarti at Assi Ghat. In Prayagraj, tourists will be able to take a dip of faith in the holy confluence. Before going to Shringverpur, they will also have the good fortune of visiting Hanuman temple.

When the travelers reach Chitrakoot, they will also get an opportunity to take a dip in the holy river Mandakini. There they will visit temples like Sati Anusuiya Ashram, Hanuman Dhara, Gupt Godavari etc

What is the cost of the package and what facilities will be available?

In this train, passengers will be able to book in Sleeper Class (Standard) and AC Three Tier (Comfort) coaches. The travel package includes travel by train, accommodation and arrangements for pure vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The travel package is priced at Rs 7,560 (Standard) and Rs 12,600 (Comfort), which includes GST. This fare will be charged on a per person basis.

Among the facilities provided to the passengers, each coach will have an escort for announcement and security, an IRCTC official will be available as train superintendent. Non-AC vehicles will be provided for road transfers and travel insurance will also be provided.

When and from where will the Rampath Yatra start?

According to the schedule, this Rampath Yatra will start from Pune station on November 27, 2021 at 12.30 pm. Apart from Pune, passengers will be able to board or deboard the train at Lonavala, Nashik, Kalyan, Manmad, Jalgaon, Chalisgaon, Bhushwal, Khandwa, Itarsi stations

. This journey will end on December 4, 2021. Passengers should note that the date of commencement of the journey which has been mentioned now is tentative and subject to change. The operating department of Indian Railways will tell the final time two days before the start of the journey.

How much money will be deducted for canceling the ticket?

If passengers wish, they can cancel their booking within 15 days from the start of the journey. For this, Rs 250 will be deducted from the price of the package per person.

If this ticket is canceled within 8 to 14 days then 25%, if canceled within 4 to 7 days 50% and if canceled within 4 days then 100% amount will be deducted.
