UAE India Flights Update: Sources are claiming that the ban on flights coming from four countries including India may extend till August 31. These include India, from where flights coming from are suspended till August 7.

The government of the UAE may further extend the ban on flights coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Etihad said in a statement that following recent directives from the UAE government, passenger travel from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has been suspended till August 7, 2021. The airline of Abu Dhabi said on its website that in view of the situation, this date can also be extended according to government orders.
Travel ban may extend till August 31,
while a news is being spread on social media in the name of Gulf News that the ban imposed on travel can be extended till December 31. On Monday, Gulf News rubbished the claims, saying the travel restrictions are in place till August 7 and not December 31. Travel industry sources said the ban could extend till August 31 as some flights scheduled between August 7 and August 12 have already been cancelled.
Who will get the exemption to enter the UAE UAE
nationals, diplomatic missions, official delegations and holders of the Golden Visa have been exempted from entering the UAE. Etihad, which operates commercial flights to the four countries, said there would be no impact on cargo flights from either side. The airline said that passengers are constantly being updated about changes in travel plans.
