UP News: First RCS flight service started between Lucknow and Agra, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia virtually launched from Delhi, airline will operate from Kheria Civil Airport in Agra.
Agra. Keeping in mind the better connectivity and business outlook between the cities of the country, now Uttar Pradesh has also got the benefit of the RCS flight service started.
Under this scheme, now flight service has been started between Agra to Lucknow. Now the distance between Agra and Lucknow can be covered in 30 to 45 minutes by plane. The airline was launched virtually from Delhi by Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.
At the same time, Civil Aviation and Minority Welfare Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi started the program by lighting a lamp at Kheria Civil Airport in Agra.
During this, Scindia said that with the commencement of the flight, the distance between Lucknow and Agra has ended. Both these cities of Uttar Pradesh have their own identity and are important in every respect. With the start of the flight service, the people of both the cities will benefit a lot.
Looking back at the Taj Mahal, Lucknow
Scindia said that the capital Lucknow is popular in the country and abroad as well as the city of Nawabs has its own identity. At the same time, Agra is a dynamic, industrial and progressive city along with the world famous Taj Mahal.
Both the cities are important from the point of view of history and culture of the state. He said that with the start of this flight, now anyone can visit the Taj Mahal and reach Lucknow after an hour and shop for Chikankari.
On
this occasion, Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi said that many people will get facilities from Agra to Lucknow air service. Thanking Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for this, he said that 34 crore people of the state would be benefited by this flight.
Earlier two airports were functioning in the state but now 8 airports are functioning after the efforts of the government. Due to which the people of the state are getting benefit.
