Each devotee has to submit a Covid negative report or a certificate of having a double dose of the vaccine. The people of Uttarakhand state do not need to register in the Smart City Portal.
If the devotees making the e-pass do not come, then the DM will be able to issue passes to other people at the local level. New order has been placed. However, the total number will remain the same, which has been fixed by the High Court for the four Dhams. There will be no change of any kind in it.

Sonali told that the travel agent said that 10 thousand rupees will be charged for a person. That is, 30 thousand of three people. I will get the two dhams done without e-pass. Sonali has complained about this in writing to ARTO Enforcement.
ARTO Enforcement Pankaj Srivastava said that such a complaint has been received. The letter has been sent to the SDM and the Police Officer. They are the only ones authorized to take action.
