This has led to a rapid increase in corona in the UK. In view of this, India has banned all flights from Britain from 12 noon on Monday. Earlier, RT-PCR test was made mandatory for every passenger on the incoming flight .
At the same time, Air India has banned flights to and from Gulf countries with immediate effect. Air India tweeted this information from its official account. Air India said flights to and from Oman would be banned from December 22 to December 29.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation said in a statement that in view of the current situation in the UK, the Government of India has temporarily suspended flights to India from here till 11.59 pm on December 13.
