The new in-flight menu includes gourmet meals, modern appetizers, and desserts. The new menu was introduced on 1 October. In this, the local cuisine of the country has been promoted. Air India’s Head of Inflight Services Sandeep Verma said the new menu options have been carefully chosen to ensure that passengers enjoy healthy and delicious food.

Business class passengers will get fish curry
Business class passengers can enjoy breakfast croissants, sugar-free dark chocolate oatmeal muffins, cheese and truffle oil scrambled eggs with chives, mustard cream coated chicken sausage and other delicacies. They can enjoy Fish Curry, Chettinad, Aloo Podima and other dishes for lunch.

Breakfast will
include Paneer Mushroom Omelet, Cumin Aloo Wedges, Garlic Tossed Spinach and Maize for the economy class passengers. They can have delicious Biryani, Malabar Chicken Curry and Mix Vegetable Poriyal for lunch. Travelers will enjoy vegetable fried noodles, chili chicken, blueberry vanilla pastry and coffee truffle slices for high-tea.

Air India introduced ‘Vihaan.AI’ last month. This is a five-year road map on which the airline wants to retain 30% domestic market share and expand its overseas operations. Meanwhile, Tata and Singapore Airlines joint venture Vistara started broadcasting live television channels on its Dreamliner aircraft on October 1.
