Changes in the ticket booking system   
Passengers can now book unreserved tickets up to 20 km from the UTS ON MOBILE App. Earlier, general tickets could be taken from the app only for a distance of 5 kilometers. This has happened due to changes in the UTS (Unreserved Ticket System) system of the Railways. The distance has also been increased in all urban areas.
