Sharadiya Navratri 2021 is starting from 7 October 2021, due to which there is a huge crowd in the court of the mother, so if you are planning to go on Vaishno Devi pilgrimage, then there are some important rules to know.

In view of the corona epidemic, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has issued some guidelines for the devotees, without fulfilling which you will not be able to enter the Mata Vaishno Devi Darbar.

Here are the rules ( Vaishno Devi Yatra 2021 latest guidelines)

1. Only those pilgrims who have registered online will be allowed.

2. It is mandatory for the pilgrims to use the ‘Aarogya Setu’ application on their mobile phones.

3. Only those pilgrims who are completely healthy or who do not have any symptoms of corona will be allowed to travel.

4. It is mandatory to use ‘face mask and face cover’.

5. People coming from outside states of Jammu and Kashmir will have to get Kovid 19 antigen test done. Only those whose Kovid report will be negative will be allowed to visit Maa Vaishno Devi. People coming from the Kovid Red Zone of Jammu and Kashmir will also have to get the Kovid 19 antigen test done.

6.Pilgrims from the district falling under the Red Zone will also have to undergo a Kovid-19 test and will be allowed to proceed only if the result is ‘negative’.

7. Pilgrims should wash their hands and feet frequently with soap and water before entering the sanctum.

8. Pilgrims are required to maintain a physical distance of six feet at all times.

9. Touching of idols is not allowed.

10. Persons above 60 years of age, persons with comorbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home.

Keep these important documents with you 

All passengers will have to carry photo identity card and address proof during the journey, without this travel is not allowed. As an identity card, you can keep a passport, driving license, voter ID or PAN card.
